You will spearhead technical scoping, make architectural decisions, and engage in hands-on implementation, managing multiple customer projects simultaneously. This role demands profound Salesforce knowledge, exceptional customer communication skills, and the ability to transform business needs into effective technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include:Conducting customer discovery sessions to capture business requirements, technical constraints, and success metrics.Overseeing technical scoping, solution architecture, and implementation strategies for Salesforce solutions.Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including data models, automation workflows, security frameworks, and custom functionalities.Providing hands-on configuration and development using Sweep and Salesforce tools such as Flows, Apex, and Lightning components.Acting as the primary technical contact and consultant for customers throughout the engagement process.Managing multiple customer projects simultaneously while balancing timelines, scope, and technical complexities.Collaborating with internal Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities.What We're Looking ForA minimum of 5 years of experience in solution design and delivery, including hands-on work with Salesforce.Demonstrated experience in customer-facing technical roles.In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and automation.Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development.Capability to scope projects, estimate effort, and manage multiple parallel engagements effectively.Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.About Sweep:We are committed to innovation and empowering our clients with the tools they need to succeed in an ever-evolving technological landscape.
