Role Overview: Sales Development Manager (Remote)
The Sales Development Manager leads Limble’s outbound Sales Development Representatives. This role focuses on driving sales growth and developing future leaders. Success in this position means consistently exceeding monthly sales quotas and building a team that delivers strong results.
What You Will Do
- Coach and train outbound Sales Development Representatives to strengthen their prospecting and discovery skills.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer feedback that supports career development.
- Monitor team performance against monthly targets and KPIs, addressing gaps as needed.
- Lead group training sessions for both new hires and current team members.
- Recruit, hire, and retain skilled sales professionals to maintain a cohesive, high-performing team.
- Work closely with Sales, Business Operations, and Marketing to share best practices and align strategies for revenue growth.
