Ensure the OSHA 300A annual summary is posted and removed according to regulatory deadlines, and that records are maintained per OSHA guidelines. Verify that all physical locations comply with federal and state labor law posting requirements. Maintain accessible electronic notice distribution for remote employees in all applicable states.
