You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and protocol stakeholders to guarantee that our teams are aligned, well-supported, and consistently delivering exceptional results.This position presents an exciting opportunity for a Web3-savvy engineering leader eager to collaborate with seasoned protocol engineers, innovators, and founders, helping to scale teams that create secure, high-performance, and user-friendly infrastructure.Your ResponsibilitiesOversee and develop engineering teams focused on protocol, infrastructure, security, or developer-centric systems.Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives for engineers at all experience levels.Cultivate a culture of high ownership, psychological safety, and collaborative efficiency.Work with engineering leadership to establish structured processes for code reviews, RFCs, testing, and release management.Support engineers through regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, goal setting, and mentorship.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business development, developer relations, and community teams to align on roadmap commitments.Facilitate team rituals—including sprint planning, retrospectives, technical reviews, and team retreats.Encourage effective internal communication and collaboration among globally distributed teams.What We Seek6–10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in an engineering management or technical lead role.Proven experience leading Web3 engineering teams, particularly in protocol development.Strong understanding of engineering best practices and processes.Exceptional communication and leadership skills.Passion for building innovative and user-centric solutions.
