Coordinate with the preset team to ensure effective tooling setup. Use PFEP and Top Spend Data to drive savings projects. Complete documentation for cost savings and tooling tests. Document and report non-conformances, corrective actions, and ongoing improvement efforts. Maintain safety and housekeeping standards throughout the site. Make decisions within established guidelines and procedures. Report near misses and incidents to management and assist with investigations. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Previous experience in a manufacturing and design environment. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
