Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:6+ months of relevant engineering experience (internships, labs, or team projects are relevant)Currently enrolled in a graduate program and possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a mathematics disciplineMust be a (i) U. S. citizen or national, (ii) U. S. lawful permanent resident (e.g., green card holder), (iii) refugee, or (iv) asylee. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:GPA of 3.5 or higher9+ months of practical application of technical skills beyond classroom settings (e.g., labs, research, extracurricular projects, volunteer work, personal projects, or previous internships)Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work in an integrated team environmentAdaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic professional settingADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Availability to work full-time onsite for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks starting August or September 2026Transportation required for positions at Bastrop, Cape Canaveral, McGregor, and Vandenberg locations
