Summary
We seek a dynamic Events Marketing Manager to spearhead the comprehensive execution of Ambience's event strategy, encompassing major healthcare conferences, trade shows, executive experiences, intimate dinners, and roundtable discussions. You will be the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) ensuring Ambience makes a significant impact at every event.
You will manage our presence at vital conferences and trade shows, overseeing booth logistics, sponsorships, ancillary programs, and the entire execution process from pre-event to post-event activities. Your role will also involve driving owned activations that strengthen relationships with key accounts. You thrive in fast-paced, complex environments, possessing the ability to mobilize stakeholders efficiently while maintaining operational rigor and market awareness.
