What you’ll do
- Drive Value & Adoption: Facilitate training sessions and value discussions to ensure a significant number of customers effectively utilize Sprout’s core functionalities to achieve their strategic objectives.
- Scale Customer Success: Implement one-to-many strategies and utilize self-service resources, such as in-app guidance and knowledge base articles, to enhance platform utilization at scale.
- Proactive Health Monitoring: Analyze usage data and health metrics to identify trends, proactively tackle churn risks, and uncover avenues for customer growth.
- Efficient Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries swiftly, utilizing support tools and escalating complex issues to guarantee a seamless experience.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and enact process improvements and automation that streamline our Customer Success operations.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to our collective knowledge by developing internal best practices and resources.
