Daybreak Health is hiring bilingual associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) to provide remote mental health services in North Carolina. This part-time W2 position centers on supporting K–12 students in the Morganton and Hickory areas, where there is a large Guatemalan Mayan community with a strong need for culturally informed care. The role is fully remote, with work hours in the afternoons and evenings, Monday through Friday.
What you will do
- Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina
- Collaborate with school counselors and families to promote student well-being
- Attend weekly individual and group supervision sessions
- Focus solely on therapy, no billing, credentialing, or administrative tasks required

Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Current LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina
- Experience with or a strong connection to Latin American cultures
- Interest in supporting students who may have limited access to culturally sensitive care
