Your Impact The Associate Project Manager collaborates with DISCO Project Managers to deliver outstanding client service and assists clients in utilizing DISCO's eDiscovery and investigation tools effectively. This role entails completing billable tasks as assigned by Project Managers, addressing customer inquiries directly, and providing product feature support to clients within the DISCO platform. A passion for customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals are essential attributes for success in this position. What You'll Do Service Delivery: Work closely with Project Managers and DISCO team members, including cross-functional teams such as Forensics, Data Operations, Disco Desk, and Client Success, to provide exceptional service and address challenges faced by DISCO clients. Project Management: Oversee project and data tracking to ensure all tasks are executed accurately and deadlines are adhered to. Maintain communication with other Project Managers and clients regarding project milestones. Product Expertise: Cultivate an advanced understanding of the DISCO platform and its features to guide clients on best practices for early data assessment, document review, production, depositions, and trial. Supply feedback and feature requests to product and engineering teams. Client Relations: Foster rapport and maintain open communication with clients regarding DISCO usage, status reporting, and core product functionalities. Act as a DISCO ambassador at client events. Training Delivery: Provide product training sessions for attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support specialists. Who You Are 1+ years of experience in eDiscovery project management within a law firm, in-house legal department, or service provider. Proficient with one or more industry-standard eDiscovery platforms, such as DISCO, Relativity, Recommind, or Concordance. Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Dedicated to delivering high-quality service and support. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Even Better If You Have… Experience in a consulting firm or providing consultative solutions in eDiscovery. Background in litigation support roles.
