You will collaborate with executive leadership to shape Supernal's market positioning and growth trajectory.Your Responsibilities:- Drive campaign execution from start to finish: Plan, launch, and optimize growth campaigns across diverse channels including paid, organic, search, social media, email, landing pages, retargeting, and partnerships.- Establish campaign frameworks: Develop targeting strategies, creative assets, copywriting, landing pages, conversion funnels, and measurement systems.- Conduct rapid experiments: Implement A/B testing, iterate quickly, and enhance performance metrics.- Achieve measurable pipeline and growth outcomes: Oversee the performance marketing loop, focusing on key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate (CVR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), attribution, and funnel conversion rates.- Transform product and customer insights into compelling messaging that drives conversions.- Create repeatable playbooks for acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.- Lead impactful content marketing initiatives: Develop and execute a strategic content plan that positions Supernal as a leading AI partner in the industry.- Produce and adapt high-impact content across platforms including LinkedIn, blogs, videos, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.- Elevate company leaders through narrative-driven content that builds authority and trust, showcasing client successes and insights as market-facing evidence.- Foster relationship-driven go-to-market strategies by collaborating with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and leadership to strengthen high-level executive relationships.- Facilitate valuable executive introductions and strategic follow-ups, and enhance conference presence with targeted pre-event strategies, engaging in-event content, and effective post-event follow-ups.- Align marketing strategies with a consultative, trust-based sales approach.- Embrace the "Crafty Hustle" mentality—be proactive, resourceful, and results-driven.
