Job Title: Zoho Manager
Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Zoho Manager and lead the comprehensive migration of our jewelry business operations into the Zoho ecosystem. This role encompasses managing inventory, customer databases, sales tracking, invoicing, and third-party integrations. Once the migration is complete, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our systems for sustained growth and enhanced efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for migrating legacy systems into Zoho applications, including Zoho Inventory, CRM, Books, and Invoices.
- Facilitate smooth data transfers of customer information, inventory SKUs, order history, and billing processes.
- Configure user roles, permissions, and workflows within Zoho One.
- Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms for e-commerce, shipping, payment processing, and communication.
- Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders on Zoho functionalities and best practices.
- Oversee ongoing system administration, perform upgrades, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track business performance.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho, specifically working with Zoho CRM, Inventory, Books, Desk, and Creator.
- A proven history of managing full-cycle Zoho migration projects and post-launch system administration.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting, client-side scripting (JavaScript), and developing custom workflows.
- Experience with API integrations and tools such as QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Preference for candidates located in the Philippines or Europe to align with time zones.
