Double the revenue-generating time of each AE (from about 25% to over 50%) by automating tasks such as CRM updates, call summaries (via Gong), follow-up sequences, proposal drafts, and pipeline management. Remove as much administrative overhead as possible. Design and implement an AI integration layer across Flosum’s Go-to-Market stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Qualified, Gong). Ensure seamless data flow between systems, eliminate manual data entry, and enable AI agents to share insights in a continuous feedback loop with Salesforce as the central hub. Set up and manage an AI-driven competitive intelligence system. Track competitor moves, pricing changes, and product launches, delivering structured weekly insights to sales and product teams. Scale outbound campaigns to ten times their current size without increasing headcount. Use AI to analyze accounts, generate personalized messaging based on ICP signals (like Salesforce team size, DevOps tools in use, and compliance needs), and orchestrate outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone. Implement a closed-loop data feedback system that connects BDR activities, pipeline outcomes, and AI agent performance.
