Role Overview: Mid-Level DevOps Engineer Relatio is looking for a Mid-Level DevOps/System Administrator to support and advance our infrastructure and internal services. This is a remote position based in Ukraine. Key Responsibilities Support and develop hybrid infrastructure, including Google Cloud, Proxmox VE, Linux servers, and internal services. Monitor and maintain stable server and system operations: monitoring, alerting, backup, recovery, and incident response. Improve CI/CD processes and automate routine technical tasks. Maintain Atlassian products such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence. Assist employees with technical issues related to VPN, access, accounts, and internal services. Organize and automate access management using roles, groups, policies, and relevant tools. Document infrastructure, services, and key technical processes. This Level 2 support role focuses on resolving complex incidents within our fleet operations platform and driver management systems. Incidents typically require code-level investigation, configuration changes, or deployment actions when Level 1 support and knowledge base resources are not enough. The position calls for hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline management and troubleshooting AWS serverless environments. Main Responsibilities Investigate and resolve advanced application incidents related to fleet and driver management platforms. Debug code, modify configurations, and deliver minor engineering fixes (up to 80 hours per issue). Deploy and verify updates in both production and non-production environments. Perform root cause analysis for escalated tickets, document findings, and update ServiceNow knowledge base articles. Monitor CI/CD pipelines (Tier 1) and carry out remediation tasks (Tier 2). Troubleshoot AWS serverless infrastructure, including Lambda, DynamoDB, and RDS issues. Assist with server restarts, log diagnostics, and health checks across environments. Participate in weekend release activities several times per year. Technical Skills Required Java: SpringBoot, JBoss; ability to read stack traces, identify root causes, and apply fixes or workarounds in production.
