We are on the lookout for a Mid-Level Creative Marketing Manager to join our product team in the Wellness niche.

About You:
You have 2+ years of proven experience in a similar position within the SaaS industry.
You possess a strong understanding of the advertising market, performance marketing fundamentals, user acquisition principles, and testing methodologies.
You are capable of navigating key advertising metrics and understanding their significance, establishing cause-and-effect relationships.
You have experience creating successful ads for paid social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, YouTube), along with knowledge of the nuances of advertising on each platform.
You excel in audience research and analysis, identifying insights, and tracking updates and trends.
You have a successful track record in producing various ad formats and possess skills in creative copywriting, design, or creative strategy development.
You can analyze competitor advertising and monitor advertising trends in paid social media.
You are able to work autonomously, with minimal managerial oversight.
English proficiency at B2 or C1 level is required.
Your Role:
You will be responsible for implementing the project's creative strategy in performance advertising, overseeing the production of advertising materials for paid social networks aimed at attracting new users to our mobile application.
Generate new creative ideas and manage the entire production cycle of creative assets from conception to final execution.
Initiate brainstorming sessions and discuss testing plans with the creative production team and User Acquisition managers.
Analyze performance advertising metrics, establishing cause-and-effect relationships between these metrics and the advertising materials produced by the creative production team.
Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and insights, applying this knowledge to develop innovative and effective solutions.
