What you will do Manage and scale payment infrastructure for a growing SaaS platform. Develop and improve billing processes across multiple campaigns and varied payment scenarios. Influence key business metrics such as lifetime value (LTV), approval rate, and retention through billing strategies. Take full responsibility for the billing process, making decisions that directly affect revenue. Optimize payment routing between payment service providers (PSPs) and merchant IDs (MIDs), including fallback, cascading, and smart routing approaches. Boost approval rates across different products and regions, and adapt billing systems for new product launches. Pursue growth opportunities for LTV through billing models, retry logic, dunning, pricing strategies, and localization. Analyze user cohorts to assess billing’s impact on retention. Launch and manage MIDs (such as Stripe, Adyen, and other PSPs), and establish legal entity structures for various products and markets. Requirements Minimum 3 years in a billing or payments role within a subscription-based business. Hands-on experience with payment systems like Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, or similar providers. Strong understanding of subscription business models and working with LTV. Experience handling MIDs, multiple billing models, and fraud prevention measures. Ability to analyze billing analytics, connect metrics and cohorts to LTV and retention. Comfort with data-driven decision-making. Skill in balancing revenue growth with risk management. This key role will contribute to the development, reliable operation, and effective management of energy supply systems at our company’s facilities housing telecommunications equipment for cellular base stations.Main Responsibilities:- Overall management of the energy department, including team planning and task execution oversight;- Consolidation, planning, and control of the energy supply system budget;- Organization and supervision of the implementation of energy supply system development plans in line with network expansion strategies;- Ensuring the reliable and uninterrupted operation of energy equipment at company facilities;- Participation in the selection of energy equipment suppliers, forming technical requirements, and overseeing supply processes;- Implementation of power supply systems from alternative energy sources at company sites;- Facilitation of electricity accounting automation using AСKOE;- Analysis of the technical condition of electrical networks and energy equipment, initiating measures to enhance their reliability;- Organization and management of electricity supply processes in compliance with the Ukrainian law on the electricity market and other regulatory documents (connections, contracts, commercial accounting, calculations);- Conducting audits on the quality of work related to the development, technical operation, and maintenance of energy supply systems;- Representing the company’s interests in interactions with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and energy supply companies;- Initiating and ensuring the development and implementation of organizational and technical measures to optimize, enhance efficiency, and automate processes within the energy sector;- Analyzing electricity costs and developing strategies for their optimization and reduction;- Monitoring payments for electricity usage with relevant suppliers;- Organizing the development and implementation of internal standards, methodologies, regulations, and other corporate documents governing the development, operation, and reliability of energy systems.
