Conduct regular technical compliance audits and investigate defects or failures to maintain standards. Work with the HSE Management team to implement QHSE systems and policies across the division. Review codes, guidelines, and standards to ensure compliance with Quality and Safety Management protocols. Promote a zero loss time accident record by reporting incidents and near misses to reduce future risks. Report to the Technical Fleet Management Department, with a matrix reporting line to the Business Unit Manager. Take on additional technical assignments as required.
