Role Overview: Senior Vice President of Business Development & Partnerships, APAC APAC represents a major growth area for Mesh. The region includes some of the largest crypto exchanges and forward-thinking fintech ecosystems. Mesh is entering this market with a mature product and is searching for an experienced leader to drive commercial expansion. This Senior Vice President role leads Mesh’s business development and partnership efforts across APAC. Responsibilities include building high-impact partnerships, closing major deals, and assembling a regional team to establish APAC as a core revenue driver. The SVP will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy and design a tailored coverage model for the region. This position reports to the Head of APAC and works closely with global Business Development, Product, and Executive teams. What You Will Do Strategy & Market Development Develop Mesh’s business development and partnership strategy across Singapore, Southeast Asia, South Korea, and Japan. Set priorities and sequence market entry, defining the commercial approach for each country. Identify and nurture high-value partnership categories in APAC, such as crypto exchanges, digital wallets, fintech firms, neobanks, stablecoin issuers, and enterprise merchants. Analyze regional market trends, including regulatory shifts, competitor moves, and capital flows, and turn these insights into actionable go-to-market strategies. Represent Mesh at key regional events, building relationships with senior executives at potential partners and with regulators. Business Development & Deal Execution Lead and close Mesh’s most strategic partnerships in APAC, managing the full cycle from sourcing to negotiation and final agreement. Build and manage a strong deal pipeline across priority markets, with clear stage definitions and milestone tracking.
