About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to join our team, serving as our first go-to-market (GTM) hire dedicated to the China and APAC region, operating remotely from Sydney, Australia. This role requires fluency in both Mandarin and English.
In this position, you will manage and cultivate relationships with our largest enterprise customers in China, while also supporting strategic accounts across the APAC region. As the key contact for these clients, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring that fal’s infrastructure remains integral to their generative media initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable navigating various time zones. You will work closely with global sales, engineering, product, and customer success teams, playing a vital role in establishing fal’s long-term enterprise expansion in APAC.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers across China and APAC.
- Establish regional account strategies, operating rhythms, and customer engagement best practices as Fal.ai’s first GTM representative in APAC.
- Build trusted relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Develop and implement account plans focused on expansion, increased platform adoption, and revenue growth based on usage.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to design and deliver complex, impactful customer solutions.
- Lead initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring alignment with customer goals while promoting fal’s offerings.
