This hands-on role merges technical contributions with the leadership of a small, focused engineering team.Your ResponsibilitiesContribute to all layers of our stack, leveraging your high-level technical expertise in either Backend (Typescript/Node.js/Go/GCP) or Frontend (React) to deliver comprehensive features to our customers.Recruit, mentor, and build a top-tier engineering team responsible for a critical segment of Attio’s product.Design and enhance our technical architecture to accommodate Attio’s rapid growth.Lead projects and influence product decisions through customer interactions.Champion Attio’s Product & Engineering values within the team and in the broader community.What You BringProven experience in designing secure, scalable, and reliable backend systems.Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures, preferably GCP or AWS.Deep expertise in Node.js/Typescript or Go for backend development, or React for frontend development.Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
