Role overview
The Business Development Representative position is fully remote, open to candidates based in Poland. This role centers on building a scalable sales pipeline and discovering new business opportunities for Naturaily. The approach relies on consultative selling: understanding client needs, questioning assumptions, and offering value-driven solutions, rather than simply reacting to inbound leads. The position plays a key part in shaping a consistent outbound sales process to support Naturaily’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients in Western Europe and the United States
- Develop and maintain a structured outbound sales pipeline
- Lead consultative sales conversations to understand and challenge client needs
