As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be instrumental in propelling our business forward. Your main duties will involve cold calling, emailing, and utilizing LinkedIn to discover and qualify leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Identify key decision-makers, evaluate their needs, and qualify them as potential business opportunities.
- Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings for the sales team with high-quality leads.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate and current records of interactions, leads, and feedback within our CRM system.
- Feedback & Collaboration: Provide insights and feedback to the team to enhance outreach strategies.
