You are proactive: analyzing, improving, visiting, persuading, and building relationships.In this role, you will take complete ownership of your segment of the partner network, actively enhancing the performance of existing partners while playing a key role in the active expansion and onboarding of new European production partners. You will collaborate closely with our existing team of Partner Product Managers, working daily to optimize and scale our production capacity. Due to your involvement in operations, you will regularly visit partners, both in the Netherlands and across Europe.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will take ownership of the performance, quality, and reliability of deliveries from your partners.You will initiate improvement plans based on KPIs and practical observations on-site.You will conduct periodic partner reviews and ensure rigorous follow-up.You will identify bottlenecks early and act promptly to address them.
