Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Development Representative to become a vital part of our expanding sales team. This position encompasses customer re-engagement outreach and essential inside sales duties, focusing on managing incoming leads and driving closures through strategic follow-ups and relationship management.
Primary Responsibilities
Re-engagement Project (Initial Focus):
Reach out to dormant customers from our extensive database of over 7,000 contacts utilizing email, phone, and SMS.
Analyze customer history through Company Cam photos and service documentation.
Identify upselling opportunities based on past service dates and customer needs.
Craft engaging narratives surrounding service anniversaries and roof health checks.
Coordinate consultations and meticulously document customer interactions in HubSpot.
Inside Sales Operations:
Respond to incoming customer calls and create new contacts in HubSpot.
Generate and manage sales deals, arranging logistics appointments for field teams.
Collaborate with outside sales representatives to gather customer insights and address objections.
Follow up with customers post-appointment to resolve inquiries and overcome objections.
Adjust and present pricing quotes using our quoting tool based on customer sensitivity.
Document all customer interactions, timelines, and decision-making criteria within HubSpot.
Utilize the CSM Audit View for prioritizing follow-ups and forecasting sales pipelines.
