Role Overview
We are in search of a detail-oriented Growth & Outbound Operations Specialist who will design, implement, and manage outbound and revenue automation infrastructures. This role is crucial for building the outbound engine that facilitates scalable prospecting and pipeline generation. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create repeatable systems, optimize campaigns, and ensure accurate data and CRM processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and proficient in automation and multi-channel outbound tools. Successful candidates are proactive, self-motivated, and excel in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
