Role Overview
The Developer Marketing Executive will drive marketing initiatives aimed at developer audiences. This position is hands-on and works closely with teams across content, social media, campaigns, and community engagement. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, product management, and Developer Relations, ensuring that messaging is clear, consistent, and resonates with the technical community.
What You Will Do
Content & Messaging
- Create and refine content for social media, newsletters, landing pages, and product announcements, with a focus on developers.
- Develop content ideas based on product updates, industry trends, and community input.
- Publish and manage content using the CMS, following SEO best practices and ensuring clarity.
Distribution & Community Engagement
- Manage daily social media activity: posting, commenting, engaging, and building the brand's online presence.
- Repurpose and share content across multiple formats and platforms, including threads, short-form posts, and community forums.
- Participate in discussions within developer communities, focusing on genuine engagement rather than just broadcasting messages.
- Build relationships with creators and developers to support collaborations and lightweight partnerships.
- Explore and test new distribution channels to broaden reach.
Campaign Execution & Growth
- Run marketing campaigns for model launches, product updates, feature announcements, and thought leadership.
- Work with teams across DevRel, content, and growth to execute and distribute campaigns.
- Draft and send emails via HubSpot for onboarding, updates, and announcements.
- Conduct A/B testing on email, content, and social platforms to improve results.
- Help update the website, model pages, and landing pages as needed.
Operations & Optimization
- Track and report on content and campaign performance, sharing insights for improvement.
- Find ways to improve testing, distribution, and content reuse strategies.
- Support initiatives across Marketing, DevRel, Product, and Sales to keep workflows efficient.
