Your contributions will be instrumental in achieving scalable operational excellence across diverse product categories, regions, and sales/marketing channels.Responsibilities:Inventory & Supply Chain OperationsDevelop, manage, and enhance FBA and FBM shipment strategies across all platforms.Collaborate with the planning team to accurately forecast inventory requirements, mitigating out-of-stock and overstock scenarios.Track inventory performance indicators, such as sell-through rates, weeks of cover, and inbound performance metrics.Oversee aged, excess, stranded, and unsellable inventory effectively.Refine inventory placement and replenishment methodologies.Logistics, 3PL & Freight ManagementEngage with domestic and international 3PL partners for kitting, labeling, preparation, and storage.Oversee incoming freight (LTL, FTL, ocean, air) logistics.Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA preparation and labeling standards.Monitor inbound shipments and rectify any discrepancies.Assist with customs, duties, and cross-border fulfillment processes.Operational Auditing & Issue ResolutionConduct audits on inbound discrepancies, packaging errors, fee inaccuracies, and fulfillment center mistakes.Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve root causes of issues.Proactively identify operational risks and document challenges while driving corrective actions.Amazon Seller Central OperationsManage reimbursements for lost, damaged, or mis-delivered inventory.Audit FBA fees and storage costs for accuracy.Address stranded inventory issues stemming from operational challenges.Manage and escalate Seller Central cases related to operations and fulfillment.Monitor account health metrics regularly.Global Marketplace OperationsSupport operational functions across all global Amazon marketplaces.Manage region-specific operational requirements and coordinate cross-marketplace inventory transfers.Ensure operational readiness for new marketplace launches.Reporting & Process ImprovementCreate dashboards for inventory health and reimbursement tracking.
