Role Overview: AWS Technical Architect Location: Remote within India (Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Noida, or Pune) Key Responsibilities Support customer success by designing and launching Amazon Connect solutions. Conduct technology assessments and audits to evaluate ROI and outcomes for moving to the CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, with a focus on agent experience and productivity. Lead business process reviews to understand customer needs and workflows. Educate customers on AWS value, and participate in detailed architecture discussions to ensure effective cloud deployment. Run discovery sessions with customers, help them develop ROI for projects, and deliver presentations and estimates to achieve those goals. Translate customer requirements into contact center designs, applying best practices and relevant AWS services. Oversee and mentor technical teams, providing guidance to ensure Salesforce and AWS Cloud solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and at the expected quality.
