Key Responsibilities
User Engagement and Data Analysis- Engage with users to gather insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Identify trends and advocate for user-centric experiences.
- Work closely with researchers, data scientists, and business development teams to uncover user needs and explore new product opportunities.
- Dive deep into user psychology and behaviors to develop intuitive solutions that resonate with them.
- Create compelling product roadmaps and measurable targets to track progress towards our objectives.
- Lead the evaluation of product ideas and oversee prioritization and release strategies.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of innovative concepts through user feedback, brainstorming sessions, and competitive analysis.
- Prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights to maximize impact while optimizing resource allocation.
- Guide a cross-functional team through the complete product development life cycle, including UI/UX design, engineering, QA, and data analysis.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building impactful products and features.
- Draft design documentation and web updates for new initiatives, collaborating with curriculum, design, and engineering partners.
- Initiate and analyze data-driven experiments to test new products and features.
