The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Engineering Manager to spearhead one of our cross-functional, product-oriented teams dedicated to feature development. This is a vertical leadership position where you will oversee both technical execution and team performance within a critical product area, taking full ownership from inception to delivery.
As a product-centric organization, we emphasize delivering significant user value through innovative product design, iterative development, and rapid experimentation. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to shape the roadmap, establish the architecture, and implement features that resonate with millions of users.
We are looking for a candidate with robust full-stack engineering expertise and a history of leading high-performing teams, preferably in a fast-paced, product-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a feature-focused engineering team, including frontend, backend, and mobile engineers.
Collaborate closely with Product and Design to define and execute the roadmap for a core product vertical.
Provide technical guidance, architectural direction, and hands-on support as required.
Cultivate a high-performing engineering culture centered on ownership and aligned with Trust Wallet's values.
Attract, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent.
Ensure robust engineering processes, velocity, and code quality across the team.
Actively participate in our broader Engineering leadership group, contributing to cross-team alignment and long-term product strategy.
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of engineering management experience in software development environments.
Proven proficiency in full-stack development, with expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams in a product-driven organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical guidance effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and fostering a positive team environment.
