The Opportunity
We are looking for a Staff GTM Engineer (AI & Automation) to lead the development of our next-generation AI agents and workflow systems. You will primarily focus on coding—designing multi-agent architectures, integrating LLM APIs, constructing data pipelines, and creating automation that operates around the clock across Marketing, RevOps, and SDR teams. This role is ideal for a builder enthusiastic about the intersection of AI, automation, and business growth.
Your responsibilities will include executing the AI growth roadmap and developing internal capabilities and integrations to enhance marketing and operational workflows across teams. You'll implement multi-agent systems that yield results across Marketing, RevOps, and SDR teams. With your strong technical skills and focus on execution, you'll deliver AI-driven solutions that transform business challenges into automated systems, driving measurable ROI, accelerating growth, and enhancing team effectiveness.
This hands-on role involves 60-70% coding and systems development, with 30-40% dedicated to operational enablement (requirements gathering, documentation, training, etc.).
