As StackAdapt expands from AdTech into broader marketing technology, this team plays a key role in scaling the business. Senior engineers here help shape the future of the platform. This is a Remote First position open to candidates anywhere in Canada, including Calgary, Toronto, and Vancouver. What You Will Do Design, improve, and troubleshoot distributed systems, managing backend dependencies with other teams to deliver new features on schedule. Lead code reviews, draft technical specs, and contribute to architectural planning for fast, high-quality releases. Develop and maintain the React-based frontend for Orchestration Flows, handling complex state and branching logic to support a strong customer experience. Build scalable systems and APIs with Ruby on Rails and GraphQL, laying the groundwork for new product features. Write modular, test-driven code and own projects from design through to production deployment. Spot and resolve bottlenecks that impact user adoption and product efficiency.
