As the Operations Enablement Lead, you will craft and implement strategies that ensure our servicing operations grow efficiently, while consistently providing outstanding results for both customers and merchants.You will take charge of an assigned enablement domain, establishing direction and overseeing a suite of impactful programs. As a key manager in the Operations Enablement team, you will define team strategies and guide a high-performing group dedicated to executing a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives aligned with our strategic goals. You will hold accountability for project execution, ensuring timelines and dependencies are managed, with a clear focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.This role requires proactive collaboration across departments including Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and vendor teams to ensure preparedness for both business and regulatory shifts.
