Your Team
The Wealth Management team at Wealthsimple is dedicated to providing outstanding service to high-net-worth individuals, a demographic that often experiences subpar service unless they have over $3 million in assets. We believe this segment deserves a tech-driven approach that delivers enhanced value, transparency, and superior advice at a reduced cost.
In your position as Manager of Wealth Management Services, you will lead a team of licensed advisors and financial planners catering to clients across two distinct service models: On-Demand Advice ($100K-$1MM) and Dedicated Advice ($1MM+). As part of the management team, you will help shape the client journey within each model to maximize impact while consistently elevating quality, efficiency, and client outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity to construct an innovative wealth management team where advisors are incentivized to prioritize client needs rather than merely focusing on accumulating book value. In a structure devoid of book ownership and featuring a fully salaried team, your success will hinge on your capacity to create effective systems, nurture talent, and deliver exceptional client experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Enhance a Dual-Model Advisory Team
Oversee and mentor a team of licensed advisors operating under both service models.
Assess each advisor's strengths and experiences to align them with the service model where they will excel.
Develop tailored onboarding, training, and development pathways for each model.
