About You:You are a former software developer, site reliability engineer, or similar technical expert with solid technical judgment and experience in building or maintaining production systems.You possess 2-5 years of experience managing a small team, coaching their performance, guiding their career progression, and translating complex projects into actionable plans.You are an established developer advocate, adept at reaching software developers through various channels, including written content, conference presentations, workshops, live streaming, contributing to open-source projects, and attending community events.You are proficient in at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, Bash) and have a solid understanding of modern infrastructure, including IaaS cloud services and container technologies.
