Responsibilities:

- Sales Cycle Management: You will be the initial point of contact for Toptal, assisting clients through the sales stages. Regular sales calls will be part of your responsibilities, during which you will articulate the benefits of Toptal and manage the deal cycle from discovery to closure.
- Client Experience: Our clients are central to our operations. You will adopt a customer-centric approach in all interactions during predefined working hours, building rapport through research and staying informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Collaboration with Team Members: Collaboration with your team is crucial for promptly addressing high-volume inbound inquiries. Effective communication via Zoom and Slack will help maintain strong teamwork and transparency.
- Growth and Development: Our SMB sales team is committed to improvement, both individually and collectively. Being receptive to feedback and implementing it will be vital for success in this position and within Toptal.
