About the Role LearnLux is seeking a Financial Planner to join our team on a contract basis, working remotely from Bulgaria. Utilizing the LearnLux digital platform, you will provide unbiased, comprehensive financial guidance to employees based in Bulgaria. Your extensive financial expertise and client-centered approach will assist employees in achieving their personal and financial aspirations. This role is entirely remote within Bulgaria and reports directly to our Global Director of Financial Planning. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients through video, chat, and email to provide guidance on a variety of financial topics including budgeting, retirement readiness, and equity compensation. Adapt the LearnLux methodology for relevant financial planning topics endemic to Bulgaria and the Balkan region. Contribute to team meetings to leverage your expertise to enhance the LearnLux digital experience. Become proficient in our clients' benefit plans to support them during open enrollment periods. Collaborate with our content team to create outlines, review educational materials, and approve content for the LearnLux digital platform. Lead engagement initiatives for our employer partners, including digital webinars and occasional in-person events. Qualifications An active Certified Financial Planner (CFP), European Financial Advisor (EFA), or a comparable designation. Fluency in English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken. Extensive experience in financial planning and a strong client-first mindset. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
