Flosum builds a Salesforce-native DevOps and data protection platform for enterprise Salesforce teams, including many in the Fortune 5000. With competition high, the company focuses on pipeline generation, customer retention, and product speed. To strengthen these efforts, Flosum is hiring its first AI Go-to-Market Engineer. This remote role (based in Belgium) will design, deploy, train, and refine AI agents and automation throughout the revenue process, from first contact to deal close and customer expansion. Role Overview This position centers on building and innovating AI systems, not just prompt engineering. The AI Go-to-Market Engineer sits at the intersection of revenue operations, sales, marketing, and customer success. The main objective: boost the productivity of Flosum’s go-to-market team. The role reports directly to the CEO and focuses on implementing AI to drive pipeline growth, speed up sales cycles, and reduce churn. Key Responsibilities Within 30 days, deploy and personally train at least one AI SDR agent for inbound qualification (using Qualified or Marketo) or outbound prospecting (using Outreach). Run weekly refinement sessions until this agent outperforms the lower half of the human BDR team. Build an AI-driven inbound qualification system to capture, score, and route all website visitors and form submissions in real time. Ensure no lead is missed and account executives focus only on high-intent prospects. Double each account executive’s revenue-generating time from about 25% to over 50% by automating CRM hygiene, summarizing calls (with Gong), managing follow-ups, drafting proposals, and updating pipelines. Remove non-revenue administrative work. Design the AI framework across Flosum’s GTM stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Qualified, Gong) to enable seamless data flow and record every customer interaction. Ensure AI agents learn and share insights with Salesforce as the central hub. Establish and manage an AI-powered competitive intelligence system to track competitors, pricing changes, and product launches. Deliver structured weekly insights to sales and product teams. Create highly personalized outbound campaigns at ten times the current volume, without increasing staff, by using AI to analyze accounts, craft messages based on ICP signals (like Salesforce team size, DevOps tools, and compliance needs such as DORA), and coordinate outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone. Implement a closed-loop data feedback system linking BDR activities, pipeline outcomes, and AI agent performance. Use actual conversion metrics to refine ICP targeting, messaging, and channel strategy. Deploy AI-assisted customer health scoring and churn prediction models to spot at-risk accounts before renewals. Provide actionable triggers for Customer Success based on usage data.
