Translate broad product ideas into structured technical plans, balancing speed, quality, and scalability. Use AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude and Codex) to accelerate development, while upholding standards for accuracy, performance, and security. Review and refine AI-generated code to ensure it meets production standards. Advance shared UI systems, component libraries, and developer tools to support team productivity. Take responsibility for the quality, performance, and reliability of systems, including monitoring and debugging in production. Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and help raise engineering standards across the team. Work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Mobile teams to deliver integrated user experiences. Support release processes, app store submissions, and ongoing improvements after launch.
