What you will do
- Deliver comprehensive wound care, including debridement, advanced dressings, and amniotic tissue applications
- Work onsite in nursing facilities
- Use current wound care techniques to promote healing
Training and development
- 36 hours of company-sponsored Continuing Medical Education (CME)
- Options to attend conferences and workshops
- Access to online courses for ongoing learning
Compensation
- Full-time starting salary typically ranges from $250,000 to $300,000 annually
- Potential to earn up to $400,000 with additional services and bonuses
- No earning cap
- Compensation provided per patient visit and per procedure
- Quarterly bonus opportunities (potential to increase income by up to 30%)
- Reimbursement for biological skin substitute applications
Work environment
- No on-call requirements
- Collaborative scheduling with the team
- Custom software streamlines administrative work and documentation
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Residency completion and board certification are not required
