The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Workplace Experience and Culture Manager to join our People Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This pivotal role will enhance our office operations, cultivate our workplace culture, and ensure exemplary experiences for both candidates and employees. Responsibilities will span across office management, engagement initiatives, talent acquisition coordination, and people operations.

Reporting to the Head of Legal and closely collaborating with the People Operations Manager and hiring managers, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and relishes variety, ownership, and problem-solving.

As the Workplace Experience & Culture Manager at Relay, you will:

  • Oversee daily office operations including vendor management, supply inventory, seating arrangements, maintenance issues, and visitor experiences.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and organized workplace, coordinating health & safety standards, office policies, and collaboration with facilities, IT, and cleaning services.
  • Play a critical role in nurturing an inclusive and engaging culture, particularly enhancing the in-office experience through social events and collaborative activities.
