Based in London, this permanent position (0.6 - 1 FTE) allows you to contribute to our Connected Scheduling™ platform, which empowers healthcare organizations and their staff with enhanced autonomy in managing their schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine NHS rotas using Lantum’s AI-driven scheduling platform.
- Analyze specific Trust requirements and incorporate them into scheduling constraints.
- Adjust constraint weights to achieve a balance of fairness, compliance, preferences, and coverage.
- Assess the output of scheduling solutions against client acceptance criteria and timelines.
- Meet fixed delivery milestones aligned with clinical publication schedules.
Technical Skills:
- Develop and modify scheduling constraints using Java with OptaPlanner/Timefold.
- Use SQL (Postgres) for querying and validating rota data.
- Analyze and debug solver outputs to ensure effective scheduling solutions.
