Team Overview and Collaborative VisionAs a System Operator, you will bring your strong expertise in supporting system processing and applications. You will serve as the first line of support for our client environments. Your role demands a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and care. Responsibilities include maintaining job automation, executing ad-hoc batch jobs, performing application/code deployments, managing file transfers and SQL scripts, as well as providing first-level troubleshooting support for Windows Server and Linux environments. This includes monitoring logs, system and application health, maintenance, and patch management.Your ImpactAs part of our team, you will be involved in 24/7 problem resolution for all environments within your areas of expertise and will have the authority to escalate issues as necessary.
