Hello! I’m Brayn, the Global WFM Manager at N26, and I am excited to invite a talented WFM Forecasting Expert to become a vital part of our newly established Operations team in Madrid.

  • Do you possess hands-on management expertise in forecasting processes?
  • Are you passionate about tackling complex challenges using SQL and Python to develop and refine forecasting models as well as conduct data analysis and KPI monitoring?
  • Do you thrive on building and maintaining effective forecasting within Operations?

About the Role

The Forecasting Expert is a key position within our workforce management team, responsible for overseeing the WFM Forecasting processes for one or multiple business lines, depending on their scale. This role entails managing volume forecasts, input metrics, and the creation, delivery, and presentation of forecasts to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the fulfillment of forecasting targets and Service Level Agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain volume forecasting from information gathering through to delivery and stakeholder reporting.
  • Conduct regular process reviews and plan improvement projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure all service desk tickets and WFM emails are processed within the agreed SLA.
  • Utilize concise oral and written communication skills to present solutions in a business context.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications for Success

  • Ability to embrace and drive change with a positive and resilient approach to challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey ideas, theories, and technical information to operational and managerial staff.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages relevant to our markets are advantageous.
  • Experience with advanced spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python; knowledge of similar programming languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.
  • Familiarity with workforce management technologies, particularly Calabrio, is beneficial but not mandatory.
