The Role:
Join our elite team as a Performance Analyst and play a pivotal role in enhancing the online presence of one of the world's most renowned automotive brands. In this dynamic position, you will focus on analyzing website performance and providing valuable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in data visualization tools, and the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Your role encompasses two key areas: You will collaborate with a talented Data and Strategy team, reporting directly to the Analytics & Data Science Manager, to refine our products and services. Additionally, you will integrate with our global automotive client's team, collaborating daily with Business Analysts, Developers, and UX/UI specialists.
Daily Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Use statistical techniques and tools like Google Big Query and GA4 to analyze website data, uncover trends, and derive insights that drive decision-making and performance optimization.
Ad-hoc Reporting: Address client data requests by conducting web analytics and clearly communicating findings back to the client.
Dashboard Management: Utilize existing dashboards in your daily work while having the flexibility to create simple solutions as needed using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.
Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data from various sources used in reporting and analysis.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to align business objectives, requirements, and priorities.
