Our Team

The Website team is part of the Brand team, which is integrated into the larger Direct Acquisition team, encompassing Sales and Performance Marketing. Being relatively new, the Brand team is focused on ensuring our presence is consistent, authoritative, and credible. It also plays a pivotal role in generating demand at the top of the funnel and empowering marketing, sales, and the overall business.

Your Role

We are seeking a skilled web designer to take charge of our public-facing website's visual identity. Your mission will be to create a visually appealing site that effectively showcases our brand, aligns with our marketing strategy, and reflects our status as a leading fintech in the UK.

You will be responsible for bringing our brand to life online. This includes managing and evolving our website design system, as well as designing various layouts, pages, and graphics as needed.

We utilize Webflow for our website management, and while prior experience with this platform is beneficial, proficiency in HTML and CSS will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement reusable components and page templates that enable team members to independently create their pages.

  • Dive deep into our design system, making important decisions on aspects ranging from fonts to layouts.

  • Lead the effort to elevate and maintain our brand narrative.

Collaboration and Growth:
