Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are advantageous.- Demonstrated experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar client-facing role, with a proven ability to manage North Asia high-net-worth clients.- Comprehensive understanding of financial products, including investments, insurance, and banking solutions.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating the building of trust and rapport with clients.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and recommend suitable financial strategies.- Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated, focused on delivering outstanding client service.- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services sector.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in North Asia, delivering customized financial solutions tailored to their wealth management needs.
- Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by comprehensively understanding their financial aspirations and providing personalized advice on investments, insurance, and banking products.
- Actively identify and leverage opportunities to cross-sell and upsell the bank's wealth management offerings.
- Conduct regular portfolio evaluations with clients, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and prevailing market conditions.
- Remain informed about market trends, investment products, and regulatory shifts to offer well-informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and investment advisors, to provide holistic financial solutions.
- Uphold compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the wealth management division.
