Qualifications
Applicants must possess a B. S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering along with 5-10 years of experience in the analysis and design of municipal water treatment and distribution systems, municipal wastewater collection and treatment systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Registration as an Intern Engineer (I. E.) or Professional Engineer (P. E.) in NY is mandatory, and experience in the consulting engineering sector is preferred. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in technical writing, possess strong marketing and communication skills, and be capable of effectively collaborating with teammates, staff, and clients. Experience in preparing and presenting proposals is essential. You will be responsible for managing or providing technical assistance to ensure projects advance within scope, budget, and schedule across all phases of water and wastewater initiatives.
