Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering field. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in stormwater or water resources engineering. Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida, or the ability to obtain Florida licensure within one year of your start date. Hands-on experience with various hydrology and hydraulics (H&H) software, including BMP Trains, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, HSPF, ICPR, MODRET, StormCAD, StormWise, and SWMM. At least 3 years of experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers in both technical and non-technical aspects of stormwater engineering. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, as the position involves operating a vehicle for business-related travel.
