EquipmentShare is looking for a Warranty Administrator based at our Columbia, MO headquarters. This position plays a key part in handling warranty claims and supporting customers by making sure claims are processed accurately and on time.
What You Will Do
- Manage and process warranty claims from start to finish
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and answer questions about warranties
- Track claim status and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation for all warranty activities
